i just wanted to say one thing abt project 2025. Apparently they're going to ban contraceptives??? I need my birth control man 😭 I'm not active in that way, mind you. My periods were awful. I was puking, passing out, and having massive migraines. I needed to use it to keep those away and make my period more bearable. I'm not ready to suffer again.

From my understanding Project 2025 isn’t something endorsed by Trump. So far he’s actively made sure people know it’s not his beliefs, and that while he agrees with some, he finds other parts of it bad. I don’t like Trump, but currently him becoming elected doesn’t seem like everything on Project 2025 will become a reality, or even a possibility.

There’s a lot of things Project 2025 is pushing for, most of it being things that are definitely not against the Constitution. Are you speaking about a specific thing they want to pass, or the project as a whole?

So far he’s actively made sure people know it’s not his beliefs, and that while he agrees with some, he finds other parts of it bad. I don’t like Trump, but currently him becoming elected doesn’t seem like everything on Project 2025 will become a reality, or even a possibility.

But why? I’m not disagreeing because I barely know about it, but I just don’t see how the entire thing is against the constitution, especially since some of it is stuff that has been passed before.

I genuinely don't know 😭 I've studied the constitution many times in school before but I've done forgot everything except the 1st and 2nd....i wish i knew 🥲

I’ve never actually studied it, but I’ve learned about it in other contexts, and that coupled with the Roe Vs Wade thing has led me to believe it’s complicated and very open to interpretation

Bc most of it is removing the rights of people (poc, lgbt, women)
