After the epic failure of Mix Nine and the scam that was YG Treasure Box, it seems YG has decided to produce yet ANOTHER survival show! This time revolving around Hip Hop, the show will feature Winner's Song Min Ho as well as The Black Label artist, Zion.T. I personally was hoping that if YG was going to make another survival show, it would AT LEAST revolve around their female trainees, some of whom have been training for almost 10 years at this point and deserve a chance to showcase themselves but it seems as though YG has disappointed me yet again...​

MixNine was trainwreck, none was speaking about Treasure, YG's management of their current groups is mess it seems like they even cancelled Blackpink's solos they promised. The reputation of the company is so bad that people are even boycotting Winner and Ikon from universities parties even if they did nth wrong. So why are they trying to go for yet another show when it has been proven they are bad at those, why not focus on current artist more??

I smell another failure and broken promises, hiphop is slowly dying in the korean music industry and YG has proved to be cruelly tragic when it comes to survival shows these past years so I don't know how this will work out but I already feel bad for the contestants.
If YG is so obsessed with loosing money on survival shows they should make one called "My major is CEO" for finding a competent CEO, an executive producer and better employees while they're at it.
Also didn't all of the old female trainees leave ? At least the "future 2NE1" girls have all left

Judging from many articles I've read: the Korean public is done with the survival shows.
A lot fo people were not excited at all at Produce X
However, they seem to hope that SM one day will do one, but this will likely never happen as it isn't SM's style

How can you expect sense from a guy who excuses the fact that he cannot manage his company probably with quality over quantity and fans of that company believe it despite Bling Bling coming after a longer hiatus than Love Scenario as one example.

He hasn't needed the excuse to make sense before so why would he need to now if fans eat up those excuses and because he's only needed to get lucky once to make up for the mistreatment i'm sure he'll just keep trying until he gets lucky again.

YG needs to stop and start managing his other groups. It's not like I would necessarily have a problem with these survival shows, but he never actually debuts them, so what is the point? I feel bad for all the trainees. They deserve better than YG's crappy management.

Mix Nine made a HUGE loss for YG & the only sponsor I can remember from Treasure Box is Vlive which I think would’ve only helped cover production costs. By the looks of the Naver comments though people are looking forward to this show, everybody loves Mino!

I really hated YG's survival shows since WIN, when that idiot YG was so obviously biased.
I don't understand why he needs to do that to select members to debut, and especially why it is always male trainees that have to go through that.
He can't even manage the groups that already exist, and not even talking about the solos artists like Lee Hi that have to wait so many years to have a comeback.
It's time to stop. It's time to retire, sir.
