I came across this video and thought how do you get out of this? Can the company do anything to fix it? Add a "run over" button >.> idk
I've never been in a driverless taxi and the car clearly looks programed to wait till the light is green or all obstacles are out of the way >.> including any persistent creeps.
At that point, you kinda have to hope someone is nice enough to muscle them out of the way or a cop is near.
Women get followed, stalked, catcalled, and assaulted so often, especially when they're alone. It's not a unique situation.

The one reason I can understand for having driverless, some taxi and service drivers are creeps. There are stories of women getting kidnaped and drivers driving the opposite direction of where the map shows.

With a driver, there's the fear of being kidnapped/stalked/assaulted. Driverless, there's the fear of being cornered, stuck, then kidnapped/stalked/assaulted.

In a perfect world it would be wonderful if there was a panic button that stops the car with service drivers and sprays with them flesh eating bacteria if try anything.

You are correct, these things happen but unfortunately the reason so many creeps do these jobs is because of the terrible working conditions and pay. I hate to put it this way but normal people won't put up with these conditions. There's also terrible passengers that keep good people away from jobs like taxi driving. It is a lose lose situation.

well the men in the video are actively committing multiple crimes

(off the top of my head)

1. disrupting traffic
2. sexual harrassment

what would the difference if the taxi was a "normal taxi" or even the lady was driving her own vehicle

I would say in both instances - driven vehicle or driverless - CALL THE POLICE!!! the men in the video are douchebags and one certainly wouldn't want to get out of the vehicle since one never knows if the men are potentially dangerous or whatever
