Have you tried fried ice cream? (1 Viewer)

[Ahsoka]

Now I have and I’m happy about that

[centen]

Yes! It was fine? Like a fun thing to try, but not something I'd necessarily pick over all other dessert options.

What did you think of it?

[Lexie]

I have.

[athenaaa]

I have

[owo]

i havent 😔

[_Sammy_]

No

[pinkmelodies]

I always wanted to

[Harmony_Starz]

No, how does it taste?

[snsd2beg]

I didn't even know that was a thing

[StrayMixx]

I didn't even know that was a thing

it's a Mexican dessert, I believe

[StrayMixx]

I LOVE fried ice cream!

[Selfmate]

yeap I've tried it before
it was ok I guess

[Ahsoka]

@centen i really liked it We got a caramel version

[Ahsoka]

@snsd2beg the inside was ice cream, tastes like vanilla to me. Then it was covered in a battering, and then drenched in caramel sauce. The battering didn’t have a strong taste because it was drenched in the caramel, but it was delicious

[Ahsoka]

Wait @Amortentia I meant to tag you up above
@snsd2beg sorry, I put the wrong un

[Ahsoka]

@Chiara it’s not traditionally Mexican, but it’s popular at Mexican American restaurants. Exact origins are fuzzy, but it’s also seen in parts of Asia (though also not traditional, mostly for restaurants that have a lot of tourists).
