So my shoulders have been aching for the past 2 days (1 Viewer)

Did you know that trying to fall forward without catching yourself is really tough? I attempted to do it on the bed and after many unsuccesful attempts, I managed it twice, such self control but it resulted in getting shoulder aches the next day

Not when you do it on the bed with a soft pillow in front

Also out of all those tries, I only succeeded twice, every other time, the body forced my hands or knees to catch me

The 2 times I finally succeeded in didn't feel great tho, it felt a tad jarring and my head hurt a little bit I was hoping the pillows and soft bed would have helped with that

Cartoon and anime characters do it so easily, I wanted to try it, I also didn't like that my body would keep catching me, I wanted to go against it
