people who have the audacity to blame yulhee just need to say they hate women and go. this scumbag got her pregnant at the age of 21, she sacrificed her career for that and had no choice but to leave the kids with their father who was better-off financially. i wish her and her kids nothing but peace and safety, she's already been through enough at such a young age.

100% agree but one small correction - she was 19, not 21, when she got pregnant (a couple of months away from her 20th birthday), and was still 20 when she gave birth to jaeyul (the oldest).

honestly thinking about it makes my head reel. apparently she did initially want custody but he wasn't willing to pay enough for three children in child support (and ofc he was spending more on that on his "adult entertainment"). she didn't want her kids on tv after the divorce but he put them on another show. on that show the poor boy was missing his mother so much, he kept bringing her up and even had a video call with her (in a room that he went to for privacy... only for there to be cameras recording him. tf). on top of that minhwan portrayed himself as #1 dad of the year, who showed up for everything, took his kids to school and taekwondo, and worked oh-so-goddamn-hard (he cooked! and did his daughters' hair! perfect dad material /s)... and what about yulhee who took care of newborn twins and a toddler while he fucked off to the military? at the age of 22-23?? during the pandemic???

there's still people who think yulhee should have kept quiet for the sake of the kids cause "why air the dirty laundry in the open just keep it between you and your therapist" but like. i think the kids would be better off with a parent who's able to take a stand for herself, rather than a parent who's relying on youtubers to spread falsehoods about their marriage (for the record, i do think someone on minhwan's side, possibly minhwan himself, paid this youtuber lee jinho who made a video about how yulhee apparently "wanted the kids to go to an expensive school far away but didn't wake up early enough so minhwan had to drive them for 1.5 hrs, and how she left childcare up to minhwan's parents"... when (a) both of them agreed on the school (b) it wasn't that far away and (c) even if minhwan's parents did most of the childcare it's bc minhwan's mum is exactly the kind of mother-in-law that women on r/justnomil write about)

honestly this ended up being longer than it should have but i guess it speaks volumes about society today. men if you're reading this don't be scumbags, don't date girls 5 yrs younger than you, knock them up, and then marry them, forcing them to give up their careers, and then being a shit dad and husband by waiting for hours at a brothel while your wife works her butt off at home, only to divorce them when they find out, and then paint yourself as some superdad on tv.

shit she was 19???? i was never good at counting so i fucked up the ages but that is even worse. this piece of shit really impregnated a teenager and then had the audacity to paint her as some villain while making a spectacle out of basic parenting tasks like taking care of your child's hair. i am currently at the age yulhee was as she gave birth to their twins (the difference how having children impacts men and women is a whole different topic we can mention here, being pregnant changes literally every aspect of a woman's life meanwhile men... yeah) and can never imagine myself going through all of this, especially being in the public eye surrounded by people who vilify your every move. like how deeply misogynistic do you have to be to blame yulhee for "airing the dirty laundry in public" instead of blaming her shitty ex for going to brothels for more money than he ever spent on the children he brought into this world??? fuck him and whoever the fuck lee jinho is.
