Reasonable! I don't really like turkey in general, but since it's such a staple of the holiday, I feel like a lot of people who have never cooked a whole bird before feel pressured to do so and the results are worse than usual. A nice roast beef would be much better. Heck you can throw that in a crockpot and even a "bad" cook could make a decent main dish.
