what are your random bed thoughts at night? anything is accepted irdc

I mainly think about things I want/need to do the next day, some random song or clip is stuck in my head, or I have dysphoric thoughts (which I did last night, it was terrible)

I don't think I could go to bed aroused, if you were implying that at all. I've had sexual thoughts before bed, but they're usually not connected to those feelings.

what i want to do the next day, what i failed to achieve in this one. sometimes, as a trick to go to sleep, i like to think of an oddly specific scenario, and get super invested into it. that usually ends up becoming my dream (i know the exact moment that happens, when i begin to lose control of what i'm imagining, and the scenario becomes weirder, lmao)
