Two days ago I made myself a hot chocolate (it was a lucky charms one with marshmallows). I guess I never finished it. I smelled something funky in my room so I decided to clean it and found that cup… it had a mold layer ​

Milk can mold, and various ingredients like sugar can make it mold faster. Some spices also can increase the molding speed So tldr best not to leave hot cocoa out at room temp
