i was thinking about something really bad and never stated it out loud when I was in the hallway at school one day and there was a teacher there and she got viscerally upset out of nowhere and told me to stop walking because she was going to write me up. I kept on to my class anyways (though I did hide in the bathroom for a bit so she wouldn't find me)

That is not normal, talk to a parent or teacher about your thoughts. If your school provides you with mental health assistation take advantage of that.
