I would believe it’s excessive if you have like 15-20 ult groups but more than one is totally fine - i have four (Izna, SHINee, Fifty Fifty and ILLIT)

When the point becomes that you aren't keeping up with them much since stanning just for music is one thing but if you're calling a group an ult I'd expect you to be into them for more than their music alone as that's making a bit more of a statement.

not really, i mean it depends on what the term "ult group" really means to that person. if someone feels like they can keep up with 100 groups then good for them (also i am very jealous of how much free time such person must have).
