She jumped because people were telling her to jump otherwise she'd block the traffic, people were also seen applauding and cheering once she had jumped

It's not only China, I still remember having jumper situation in my home city back when I was in high school. I happened to walk past with my friends and were suprised what the crowd was about. There was kids with their phones, ready to take videos and just joking about whole thing and adults just discussing how slippery the roof is and what are changes the person will jump. Its really cold..

Rip to that poor woman. But why is this circling around now? It feels like it's being spread around for the shock value? outrage? I find it very disrespectful to the victim. I saw this news a while back.. so it feels odd to see it circling around again.

In the USA through the 40's-60's people would go to lynchings and have like picnics and celebrations. People have always been this disgusting we are just realizing it more because the internet allows better access to seeing what goes on in the world
