They focused more in how to be as safe as possible than trying to have complete absistence during 8-9th grade. the 5-7th grade health education focused on puberty. and ofcourse we learned overall things about body functions and understanding of health.

no because the shit subject we had was NOT close to sex ed by any means... they just gave us some crap named "wychowanie do życia w rodzinie" which means "preparation for family life" and all we learned was that period is a thing and how childbirth looks like. it wasn't mandatory and tbh i don't need any family life lessons because i was never going to start one but anyway this class was completely useless and sex-ed really needs improvement in this country

AFAIK officially sex ed started in the subject of biology in 5th and 6th grade in secondary school, but our teachers already talked about pregnancy in primary school.

wait, you had FOUR YEARS of it??? I only took one!

Not all 4 years. Every year we had health or some other related class split with wellness which was basically another PE class but with workout equipment.
First year was always sex ed. Then the next 3 years you decided which order you wanted to take sex ed 2 (with the baby), drivers ed, and drugs and safety.

None as far as i remember. Much focus on "boys are gonna decieve you" in my private all grils school.
