It's weird to me in general for people to criticize idols for things they didn't decide. Like when people got mad at NMIXX's Kyujin for being in "too many" scenes in the Dice MV, as if she personally cut and edited it. I can't think of any idol groups where the members are solely responsible for choreography, but if one exists, sure, then you can criticize that group specifically for always shafting one member in favor of another.
