This is why I'm wondering if this is actually a 4th gen milestone, rather than an all-time Kpop one. It's confusing, to say the least. It might be a combination of multiple sources, I honestly have no idea. But like I said, it remains very admirable!

after thinking about it more now.. I think it's correct

Hanteo in the past just did not count many sales (based on if the shop who sold it was certified by them or not), now they expanded their cerifitciations by a lot and count a lot more of the sales, so first week sales numbers of Hanteo and Circle (former Gaon) are not so far apart as they used to be (usually Circle was a lot higher).

IVE had the biggest amount of their sales in the last 2 years where Hanteo already expanded, so they count almost everything wihle older groups like Twice had many sales pre 2020 which were not always refelected here.

Still IVEs sales are of course expectional, if I'm not forgetting any major group somehow, they should be #2 on Circle too now!
