I'm completely enamoured with the design since it achieves density but (somewhat) solves the issue of the suffocating issues with sunlight on traditional towers. Even though the density would only be a fraction of a traditional apartment tower, it is much more dense than the suburbia it was trying to provide an alternative too, allowing suburbs to collapse back in, reducing urban sprawl. The true mixed use concept, and the community areas sheltered by the slanting towers would provide great park areas, and even a campus for a school. Depends really.

I would love to live there imho. What about you? What are your thoughts?

imagine that but victorian styled with wrought iron detailing and frames, arched supports etc maybe copper cladding for some ornamentation, but stil the same slanted format ---- I really wish I can draw that now brb in a few years LOL

My goodness, that's amazing. I've been fascinated with the possibilities of prefab ever since I learned about it, and making this mixed-use was a great idea. I loved that they completed the original plans digitally.

Also, I wish I had something like Unreal Engine when I was in school. So it got me thinking - maybe Epic could discount it for students.

yess it helps reduce urban sprawl while incorporating greenspace where traditional tower apartments struggle to do so!
