Also just to be clear, all companies have their bad sides and good sides I think, JYP for example is out of touch with the current music trends and so all their groups are charting bad in the last years (apart from Day6). They are also known to make the idols work really hard and don't give much breaks
On a positive side all their artists are promoted well, have regular comebacks and activites. Also if someone struggles with mental health or gets injured they are allowed to recover.
