i am SO. STRESSED. OUT.

my life should calm down a bit starting the 3rd week of march... but i'm a complete failure at doing things in moderation... so maybe it wont

i've been neglecting myself a lot. i didn't think it was so bad but then i lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks and now i'm scared to step on the scale again.
