I listen to whatever I already like its why YT is better for me to find new music on, on the quest of watching videos, I stumble across music i enjoy, I dont have to put myself through the torture of 50 songs I hate

yessss, exactly what I do I learnt that apparently its likely a hyperfixation on that song which is why that happens also not wanting to try new music could likely be because ND's like familiarity rather than trying new stuff, that checks out for me with a lot of things
