Woodrow Wilson was the first president to sign any daylight savings into law, but Franklin Roosevelt brought it back during WW2 and Lyndon Johnson again in 1966. So you can blame any of them, or if your heart desires, all of them. I don’t have an amazing opinion of Wilson so I’m blaming him

It's fun when you have the right group! Some people get very into min-maxing or rules crunching, which I think would be tedious. Both of my tables are more into the roleplaying/storytelling side.
