I haven't bought an album in years, and I asked my local kpop store if they will be carrying this version specifically, because holy hell, this is cool.

I am conflicted tbh. I have preordered the Limited edition and then version that has a small poster. Part of me wants this because it is Nmixx exclusive, but another part of me is iffy about the fact it is just an MP3.

Understandable! For me, the fact that it is an MP3 player is what makes me interested in getting it, because I no longer own anything that can play a CD.

Plus, I always appreciate thoughtful merch, and the fact that it is a shell, in keeping with NMIXX's theming, and it has a place where you could attach a keychain and turn it into an accessory, both bump up the usefulness of it. But I can see that the other versions have more collectibles, and that can be appealing in its own way.

Yeah, I still have several mp3 players along with discmans/Cd players, I even still own a walkman of my older sister lol. I was also interested in Aespa their CD player of several months ago but that was so pricey. I try to collect most stuff of Nmixx because they are my number one girl's I have been following since before they properly debuted. I am legit conflicted when I keep thinking of their mp3 version

You mean the JYP one? I had seen it in the picture on their website but I also didn't see it actually ready for preorder so that is kind of odd, because I went to the store the moment I saw it posted on their instagram. The JYP store seems cheap too but my country slaps on a racist tax on it. I remember I at one point for getting something from SK had to pay more than what I paid for the actual items I bought.
