I'm not even sure if the background isn't a wallpaper. Maybe it's just because of the image compression.

She seems to stand closely in front of a palm. The contours of her head are sharp but the palm fronds behind her are blurry?

Interesting observation, its definitely cheaper for a background than actual plastic plants that size.
