Youth flies by so fast, but good thing we can still exercise or smth for health. Like i'm not going for super slim these days, just healthier i guess.

If it helps ur self esteem i think you should do it.
Never do it for others. Other people won't care if ur struggling and rather leave u in a ditch if ur successful. So do anything u wanna do, for your own self and benefit, and for those you love and care for.
