im not sure bc i didnt see how it was cooked but maybe the dishes you havent really seen/used ill tell u abt my fav dish which was Dawali with Lamb which is used from grape leaves and inside was rice which i loved and its a dish that palistinens typically make also for me i barley eat middle eastern food only pakistani food
