obviously nobody can physically compel someone (well they could under the threat of violence but I don't think that is applicable here) to do anything so the question is what happens whilst this injunction is in force and NJZ is appealing it - does the injunction remain until the appeal is decided?

I believe ADOR/HYBE will most likely dungeon MHDHH since last yr there's been no new PD/songs/activities/CFs/advertisement/brand endorsement(unless I missed sthg during time span of August till now) thru ADOR. Even tho ADOR tried to communicate with MHDHH to discuss activities before Nov/after the girls unilaterally declared the exclusive contract as terminated, ADOR waited mths before seeking injunction n dint do so immediately. It all reeks of SM playback in blacklisting JYJ/ex-EXO members who sought to leave. Even Jessica no showing on Korean tv/music shows. The speculation of HYBE sidelining MHDHH is just too probable to me rn.

Repeat n rinse until final appeals run out. I think this is kinda wat SMEnt did re: Luhan, Tao, Kris n Lay(after these 4 sued to leave SMEnt); tho they were free to promote in China; but unless managed by SMEnt i think they dint promote in korea again which lessened their career prospects slightly outside of EXO as it were(tho Lay remained bound to SMEnt by contract n still professes to be a member of EXO)

I won't comment rn on wat the future holds for MHDHH in regards to whether this injunction ruling means MHDHH will return to ADOR or not(too many lawsuits still to come).

They couldn't dismiss Min Heejin because Hybe and Ador were seen as separate entities which legally speaking they are so had to use their stock to vote her out which morally questionable yes but that's all legal.

We know MHJ likes to twists things though so under what context? It's possible the parents asked for that level of producer and Hybe said it'd take 2 years for them to find someone like that which they took as putting them on hiatus until they did.

There's nothing to say they would have been shelved for 2 years unless NewJeans side was adamant on not having a comeback without one. There's really nothing since that has happened that screams Hybe isn't giving them work but a lot has happened since then that screams the girls side are entitled.

They sure have such thick skin as a group. Out of the 4 adult girls 3 are very vocal and the maknae sure seems to have such involved stage parents. The only sane one out of them seems Haerin to me which makes me feel bad for her as if she is just pushing through all this because of the other 4.
