farthest I've traveled is Phoenix, Arizona, and there was a three-hour time difference.

I have grandparents that live 5/6/7 hours ahead (depending on the time of year), 7/8 hours ahead (depending on time of year), and an aunt that lives 1 hour behind, so visiting family is a default situation where I’d experience being in a different time zone. So for me it’s pretty normal. Also the US has a good amount of timezones so traveling here has the same experience sometimes

Zero time difference. I have only travelled within Canada and a small part of the US
