Okay my period gets worse every month.
This month, not much blood (at night it is flooded) but the cramps hurt me so MUCH! AHH! My first period, the whole time it was like a week till it was over but I had barely any blood and I didn't feel much cramps.

OMG I thought I could handle cramps (cus every girl I see online can) but they hurt more every single month.

Please leave tips and help other with period problems.
Also don't be mean about others stories. 😑🩸

I am someone who doesn't really have other symptoms except stomach ache. It used to be so bad that I pucked because of the pain.
I went to the doctor's and was put on "the pill" cyclocur it is called (it is a lighter form of the pill as it does not protect you during sexual intercourse). That helped me with the pain.
A few years after, I went on the real pill as it's stronger.
I do notice that I sometimes need to be off the pill for a few months because i'm having a lot of pain overtime.

Yeah warmth does help but today it kind of helped.
I don't take pills but I used to drink tea because it helps. But mostly I lay on my stomach.
If you puke when you have your period that must be so bad.
It doesn't happen anymore?

Nope, ever since getting the pill it stopped
it helps a lot with my stomach pain

i think you best talk with your doctor on your next visit to see what you can do

If the pain gets too much, you should definitely see a doctor and perhaps a doctor that specialized in endometrioses
Because being in extreme pain (so much that you need to throw up, faint or can't barely function) during your period is not normal

As far as I know, there is medicine you can take that help relieve pain for menstrual cramps. They help some people. Using a heating pad (if you're not out doing anything obv) can also help with pain. Like Magician said, if you feel your cramps are too severe, see a specialist as it could be endo or some other condition

I had so much pain in the past. During my elementary and high school days, there were times when I couldn't go to school or puke because of it.
As I am getting older, it gets better, most of the times, I don't feel anything now. I guess it's because of the hormonal change.
I read many times that the pain often goes away when you give birth, but I don't plan to do that ever, so yeah.

I’m probably not the best person to talk about this as I haven’t had a period since Christmas (no I am not on birth control, my body is just weird). But before that, my pain would be so bad that I would feel nauseous and it made it difficult to function. The second day was always the worst because even though I know that a chainsaw will essentially rip through my uterus, it still shocks me. Mine will also last 7-10 days on average. The flow is also quite heavy; I can soak through in about an hour
