It’s probably the spring and weather changes for me. I’m honestly going through it

Literally same!! The weather is so weird where I live so my body was not handling it well

Thankfully I don’t have any allergies anymore(?). Allergies to environmental things seems miserable

I thought it was all the dust but now its been raining for couple of days but it hasnt gotten any better.
I will do the same thing i do with my lactose intolerance and ignoore it

My sinuses in the morning have been worse recently but no outright allergies. Hope it gets better for you soon
