Given how many ways there are to divide up the continents, which do you think makes the most sense?

Imo using continental plates makes the most sense. There’s actually something concrete to use when dividing up the world. Other ways of diving the world into continents just feels too arbitrary, especially with the Americas/America and Africa, Europe, and Asia.

I honestly like how it is now, it doesn't just consider geographical ties but also cultural ties and I think that's fine. I don't think we'll ever set on a concrete definition and I'm okay with that

The same definition gives different results though depending on who you ask. A Russian, American, and French person would agree on what a continent is, but would all disagree on what the continents are. It’s not an issue for local usage other than changing perceptions of the word people have, but it seems unsuitable for anything international in its current state. Which seems odd given that it is about the international world.

That's why I like it lol, in certain countries there is no north or south America, it's just the Americas. Here in Australia we're either grouped with other Pacific islands to make Oceania or we're seperate as Australia. I love the inconsistencies, it makes for a diverse world with diverse point of views.

It should be defined by where there is largest % of hot people in population and be sectioned into hot, sexy, slayful and riveting
