I wear pants.
We have a dress for work but I gained a lot of weight.
I don't wanna return it for a bigger size as I think it's a good motivation

yeah i've been trying to lose weight for like 5 years.
found something that kind of works for me but i can only eat like greek yoghurt and protein bars in order for me to lose a bit of weight
and I need to walk at least 5000 steps after every meal.
Recently drunk half a liter of soup and went back to the weight i worked for 2 days for

yup but i usually don't eat a lot so people are always shocked when i tell them what i eat in a day and i don't lose weight
