ITS ALMOST 4 AM AND I HAVE FINALS THIS WEEK

IF YOU HAVE ANY TIPS FOR FALLING ASLEEP ID REALLY APPRECIATE THEM

Turn off all of you devices (and put them somewhere far from you) and just close your eyes. When there's no distractions around, it's much easier to fall asleep. I hope that works for you. If not, try counting sheep. I know it's a method adults tell children but it really does work.

I am assuming that you have slept. If you haven't then try making yourself warm and drink some warm milk. Turn off all the lights. If that doesn't work then try these.

I plug my earphones in and listen to some ASMR, it usually helps.

For some reason, makeup tutorials make me sleepy, probably the step by step formula they have is so repetitive and predictable that my brains shuts down. Try that lol

What I do is I imagine a room in my house e.g. the living room
then I take an object e.g. the couch
then I think about its characteristics (5) (brown, leather, in front of the tv)
After that, you move on to next object and do it again, 5 times.
If you didn't fall asleep by then, move to the next room

Thanks guys thankfully I did fall asleep wasn't the easiest night of rest. I'll try these tips tonight because odds are I will need them again.
