Does anyone knows how the Spotify: Now Playing works? (1 Viewer)

I tried to find a post about this but i had no success so if the admin have one pls comment here. I don't know if this is the correct forum section to post this

(i was thinking in posting this on "Ask & Feedback" but it says "Your questions or feedback can only be viewed by staff members or volunteers, and cannot be published or shared with the public" and i think my post could help more people that are interested in this and dont know how it works. i understand if the admin will lock or move this post bc is not in the right section but if there is no post about this pls make a public one explaining how it works 🙏

I want to know how the Spotify: Now Playing bc i recently noticed that there is usernames underneath which seems to means that anyone could contribute with songs.

Is there any settings in your profile to add spotify playlists and it will randomly select users' songs? Or it works in other way?

Click your profile image in the top right, then click on connected accounts. If you connect your Spotify, it’ll show what song your Spotify is playing

It gave a error message on chrome but i used another web browser and it worked
