I have a job interview for my first job ever at McDonald’s on the 5th of July. Wish me luck y’all. I’m watching so many videos of people who work there, what it’s like, interview videos so I can know what to expect and so I can prepare for the questions that will be asked. I’m super nervous.

good luck! just remember to smile, is my advice. I was once salty bc I had a McD interview but the manager had to reschedule. Like, I literally went in and they told me the manager wasn't in, and I put on this annoyed expression bc, well... annoyed. I mean, who wouldn't be, right? I didn't get called back to reschedule bc I wasn't smiling enough during the initial meeting. so yeah, put on your best smile and your friendliest attitude.

Other general advice I have is:
-make sure your resume is well-written
-get a good night's sleep and a hearty meal before you go in
-put on a cute outfit (dress to impress)
-be the most polite that you can be (shake the interviewer's hand firmly but not tightly, sit with good posture, avoid fidgeting, etc.)

actually, come to think about it, maybe I'm just giving you advice for a first date... lol all those years of writing romantic fanfics are getting to me...

but yeah - be well-rested, well-fed, look presentable, and answer the questions as confidently as you can. It's okay if you slip up - this isn't an American Idol audition - but just try your very best. I'm sure you'll be Killin' It, Girl - just like Hobi! lol

Interestingly McDonald's uses a proprietary blend of oil to fry their French fries giving them an edge of their competition. (It doesn't, their fries taste like shit.) They also have stricter standards that require their oil to be changed more often. The maximum free form fatty acid they allow is a 1.2 with an AQL of 0.9 where some competitors will allow for an FFA of 1.5 or highier. GL on your interview.
