Dance Breaks in Lives (1 Viewer)

So I am watching some of the lives from MAMA Premiere and I was watching IZ*ONE's
performance and I was just watching it when the dance break hit and oh gosh.
Look I don't have an issue with dance breaks because they add an element of surprise to lives.
Though I think there is an issue when dance breaks for groups as big as IZ*ONE happen it can come across as hella messy.

I think when bigger groups (because they are becoming a common thing) do dance breaks
they should do it in sections or only have the best dancers pull the dance break off.
Honestly, with so many members it all becomes very messy, cluttered, and everything gets out of sync.

I think doing it this way makes for a cleaner performance overall.

What are your thoughts on groups that are large and do dance breaks all together?
Do you have an example of a dance break that you think is good with a large group?
What do you think would be a solution to this problem?

I personally loved it. The girl who started the break is obviously a great dancer and others joined in, giving it the element of surprise. It did ruin the entire Femme Fatale concept of La Vie En Rose but it was an interesting thing to see. I would have let the dance line have their own 2 minute performance.

I think them all slowly joining in is what I saw that made it seem hella messy.

For me, I love it when they divide the group for certain movements.
Kinda like the Regular dance practice. They start off with 2 different movements but it fits
I find it so satisfying
