I did not really understand what happens, but at the end they made up again

I could be interpreting it differently. But they all want to audition together and all the other girls have all the traits needed to be an idol. But Rei is the odd one out and is kinda quirky and may not pass the audition. Everyone else passed except Rei whch is why they had the cake to celebrate but she pushed it away because she didn't make the audtion.

And then somehow in the end they were together, I'm not sure how on that part
