This used to piss me off but the US is getting just as bad with our stupid decisions and rhetoric. I just hope when China goes after taiwan the US has the balls to defend defend Taiwan. Tzuyu must be protected at all cost!

What's with idols and being political these days? I know to be apolitical is also to be political, but most people use K-pop as escapism and a hobby. Nobody wants to hear about how this person is racist or how another supports eugenics and now this idol being a Chinese nationalist. Think before you speak omfg (or type and send in this case).

Tldr: Idols need better PR training.

I think people still don’t get it that China is not the US or just any other country where people can express their thoughts freely.
We are lucky that we can speak what’s in our mind, but there are places where people can’t and they are being pushed to say the propaganda speech, otherwise whatever happens.
