i see you guys are still discussing this movie so let me hop in to this thread.
just watched it and thought it was really fun! an improvement from the past three movies for sure, mainly thanks to chris pratt not being in it lol this cast was so much better. jonathan was GREAT and i cannot wait to see whatever he's in next - and for the rest of the summer i'm definitely going to watch anything i can find that he already was in. his on screen presence was so endearing and i wanted to befriend his character so bad. that plotline with the little girl and the dinosaur she found was adorable, but at the same time i think i would have liked it more if they focused on the main team more instead of that family so we could get more of zora's backstory, duncan dealing with the loss of his entire crew ot that capitalist dude's evil intentionsand jonathan's character being adorable for a few minutes more. the movie seems to have done really well financially so if they choose to do a sequel - i'll be seated!
