Ne-VAD-a or Ne-VAH-da? and also Colorado - do you like to pronounce it -RAH-do or -RAD-o?

but I’d also like to say that I don’t pronounce rah like the first part of rad, which I know is a pronunciation people use. My rah is like the rag tag go team sound
