I don't really get how MTV decided on which songs to include in Best Kpop, there are some big songs that I'd think would have been included, but western outlets are what they are for understanding Kpop.

congrats to them obviously but at this point i fail to understand what the criterias for kpop are in those american award shows given that some of these nominated songs were recorded in the US and have 0 korean words in them i love born again with every fiber of my being but never in my life i'd consider it a kpop song
