GD and TOP didn't leave Big Bang even after getting caught using drugs so it seems bit weird YG would just outright deny and then BI would say this and that he leaves group. It's huge and drastic decision and seems like dmg control to me, maybe he really did use both marihuana and LSD and YG is hoping the scandal will die down like this and BI might even return to group eventually..

Sorry but this smells like bullshit. He bought it but never used it? If u read the messages with the dealer he said he asked her because they “did drugs” together in the past.
