From what I understand, you need to be 13+ to be on here and the OP isn't that old yet. Kinda of an odd rule since nothing bad is said on here or allowed, but I guess some topics could be "unhealthy" I guess.

Just so you know it's not a rule for this place but a rule for anywhere on the internet because of child safety laws that websites are not allowed to collect data from anyone under the age of 13 so other sites like YouTube also have the rule that you cannot have an account if you're under the age of 13 and the website is obligated to take action if someone lied about their age otherwise the website themself gets in trouble. It's why during live streams on Twitch, streamers usually have a rule about not saying your age since as long as they don't know they do not need to ban you but that changes the very moment they do.

I am sure this is a recent rule those old farts of EU put in works like the allowing cookies thing. Most useless thing, half the time I need to alow them anyway or I cannot enter the site I need. When I was 12 I could be on all websites and they had chatrooms nobody asked my age, and the funny thing was no creeps were around like now with the tighter laws.

I remember it because when it was introduced (late nineties), I was less than 13 and thought I would be locked out of forums.
