The group's name is tricky tho', since trademarks are specific to the country, the japanese group is probably free to use the name

I actually don't have a problem with this since I primarily screws Yuehua Entertainment. I'm a fan of the girls in everglow not the group name. It's shocking to me how often Korean companies let trademarks and copyrights either not get filed or let the lapse.

tbh i feel bad for members for both groups because they likely had no say in it, and it's shame everglow isn't able to use their name while this one added one symbol and called it a day. the person behind their logo and name should never be working in a creative industry because how the fuck do you think copying someone else to this extent is a good idea for an upcoming group?
