How i would do nct entering system (1 Viewer)

Ok here photo then ill explain


NCT Rookies :
Age range : 6-19
Why young age: As they wont be promoting as a idol they will still be school
Why this stage: as they will confirmed to be NCT members when there a spot for them or they are ready
They will be official rookies for nct alone so can be background dancers etc
This will help gain a fan base until they debut in nct dream or a fixed unit
Why no 20 plus: as with problems of scandals longer a rookie longer chance having scandals plus it only up to 19 so if they dont fit dream concept they will be waiting to enter a fixed unit

NCT DREAM:
Age Range: 10-19
Why so young: cause nct dream is a growing unit not a fixed unit so not as tough as other units like boystory/yhboys
plus if nct dream goes to Hong Kong Taiwan etc the age range will drop cause they have groups tht young
Why no nct u : as nct u should be only used for professional work and dreamies have only really recently got to the professional stage of a idol tbh

Fixed unit :
age range: 15+
pretty simple
once you have joined you cant leave this unit without good reason
i.e winwin joining another unit < i personally would be ok if he decided wayv was better for him
or the unit is dance focus and you have had injury where u need to be in a more chill unit less dance focus

Solo:
age range: 27+
When the members get older alot of them will want to go solo
and this doesnt mean they have to leave there unit but can if they wish
but they will still be under nct as a soloist​

Honestly i think it would be better to make election trough the public about which member should debut in the next generation of nct dream for example
Or choose the next member for the next nct u

I dont agree in public voting for nct dream at all tbh as a ugly trainee wouldnt be voted for what could be the trainee with the best vocals etc
Lets be honnest if fans had to vote over
Haechan or Jaemin > theyd pic jaemin what would of damaged nct dream badly
and also could leads to fans hating on the idol if the one they wanted to win didnt
Plus sm would be training them to join nct dream so why just not just add them

It would still cause in fandom wars and cause trouble
1. if sm just adds a needed vocal/rapper to the group - fans will be upset they didnt vote for him
2. if 2 popular trainees go against each other - the one not chosen fans will be mad
3. Fans refusing to buy albums until the trainee they like debuts << like what happening with SJ but in reverse
4. If the trainee ends up leaving sm we will have Hansol all over again what some fans arent over yet
5. sm will put very similar trainees against each other meaning the losing trainee might not seeing his second chance as they will put 2 vocalist against each other as they will only add a member they need
6. If a trainee loses more than once they would be looked down on before they even debuted
7. friendship in the group wont be the same as being a idol is competitive as it is but the trainees knowing will be put against each other will tamper with real friendships
8. dream wont be the same - we will just have untalented visuals or extremely talented members who have over trained before even entering the group - nct dream just will lose the cute factor

i can add more but ill stop here
