Nct will have a new unit or so it is speculated so I’m wondering which country the unit will be
I’m wonder which members will be in it

I’m thinking it’ll be a sea, Vietnamese or Japanese unit

Yeah, most likely Japanese - but definitely could be Vietnamese as well.
I'm very sold on the likelihood of either of these two, especially since they have been specifically mentioned multiple times in the past from SM themselves when discussing the units, growth of NCT, and expansion into other countries outside of South Korea.

Yeah that’s why I think it’s a possibility it could be them
I’m kinda hoping for a Japanese unit though

Well they've already partnered up with an Indonesian label and they've been trying to recruit trainees from there for a few years now so I'm assuming that's gonna be next. There is also the possibility of a second Korean unit since the 00 liner are graduating Dream soon and Jaemin and Jeno need somewhere to go...

Ok my guesses
NCT Japan > is soon, it will be this year or in the next 2.5 years < this is very wanted and i think sm knows this
NCT "korea" >
This is a must there is to many dreamies who only speak some English or purely Korean i can see jaemin being put into nct Japan
and maybe jisung in nct "china" < Hong Kong /Taiwan etc
[I think this unit will become korea focused like twice is and will not do any English realises like nct 127 has done]

NCT - new rotational / graduation unit - I think there is a chance for a older version of nct dream tbh as this will sort the upset of fans for members being left in nct u and if they want to debut a whole unit at once... the waiting unit xD

Oh I didn’t know that I guess nct Indonesia would be a possibility for the next unit or even another Korean based one
