I’ll do one that’s Zulu and English, and one just Zulu :sanapray:
1. Zulu is known for its click constants, which are viewed as very different and super rare for languages to have. However, click constants are found in more languages worldwide than r colored vowels, which are primarily only found in dialects of English. The most common dialects with these vowels are American and Canadian English.

2. Zulu is one of the 12 official languages of South Africa. Of the 12 languages, Zulu is most widely spoken at home.

I’ll give 2

1. Irish has no words for yes and no. Instead, you’re supposed to respond with a verb. Kind of like if someone asks you “Did you eat?” And you respond with “I ate”.
2. Irish is VSO (verb subject object) for word order. This type of word order is the 3rd most common type, but only 9% of languages have this word order.

Let’s do Quechua.
There are 3 countries that recognize Quechua as an official language (Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia). However, Quechua is a language family rather than a language, which makes the designation a little nonspecific. Typically these countries default to certain Quechuan languages, particularly more prestigious ones, rather than implement of all of the languages.

Teach me a fact about the Russian langauge, Miss Russian Lady :pandatea:
The name for Red Square has both changed and also remained the same. This is because the name in terms of how it sounds stayed the same (krasnaya ploshad), but over time the meaning of krasnaya shifted from meaning beautiful to meaning red. When it was first called krasnaya ploshad it meant Beautiful Square, but now it no longer means that.

Bonus fact: this also means that Russian is basically the only language that uses a form of krasnaya to mean red. Most languages will have different ways to say red from the similar language families (red, rojo, rot, and rood are all related ways to say red from one language family), but not Russian. There will be other languages that use a form of krasnaya to mean beautiful, but not to mean red :sanapray:

Spaces in Thai don’t separate words. They separate sentences and clauses. Thai also has simpler grammar, as it has no declension (ex. he becoming him or his), doesn’t require one to conjugate verbs, doesn’t require subject verb agreement, is not gendered, and doesn’t modify words to become plural.

Thai if certain gentleman hadnt been quicker so instead of thai lets have javanese
There is a specific variant of Javanese in Suriname. This variant was started by Javanese immigrants to Suriname, who over time created a distinct dialect influenced by other languages spoken in Suriname.
