What are your eating habits? (2 Viewers)

I eat less often but I have larger meals. Most days I skip breakfast, sometimes I skip lunch too (and if I don't I normally eat a sandwich and crisps), but dinner is where it's at

If I get hungry after skipping breakfast and lunch, I normally go for something sweet just to see me through until dinner. Like cookies or a bit of chocolate.

Samyang was too spicy even for you? lol I don't remember all the brands I tried, but I remember about the blue one here. It's a cold soup, so I thought I'll survive. But nope, I didn't, it was worst than hell. I was completely in pain. My lips, my throat, everything was burned

But most korean dishes are spicy xD probably that's why most korean restaurants provide you water for free, so you won't die there

Haha well they did brand the Samyang as Fire Noodles and 2x Spicy lol.
I managed it fine but I still felt it lol. Like I needed cold water after it but I loved it even though it burned me XD

And even here in many places, you can get free water lol, it's just an Asian thing maybe

It is? Idk, by bestie got it for me. But another time I had noodles I ASKED the seller about a noodle brand that won't kill me... it was bad. I think only one time I tried a noodle pack that was decently spicy
oh really? maybe... here you probably need to pay even for the air you breat lol. Jk, but the water is not free

And its weird coz I once had this Japanese brand called Nissin and it wasn't really spicy at all, or maybe it was but nowhere near the levels of the Korean noodles

well it depends on my mood. I have variety, because breakfast is one of my fav meals when I can have something salty or sweet, regarding on my mood. Sometimes I prefer a toast with cream cheese and bacon/ham. Or avocado toast with egg. Other days it may be a cocoa banana smoothies with crunchy musli. Or pancakes

Its not always spicy but we do use spices while cooking lol, and compared to European cuisine it probably is xD

Yeah, European food is not spicy at all. I mean I eat spicy in European standards compared to my friends

Lol yeah compared to Western food, it is indeed spicier but a lot of times it's not like burn your tongue and make you cry spicy, although there are a few dishes like that
