Not me trying to move a lot of stuff in to the bedrooms and in the space next to the stairs the apartment because they decided to fix the cracked ceilings on Halloween and they are still haven't finished that since they have to work on that more tomorrow

Also I had an interview with someone from a job I applied to nearly 2 weeks ago (I had to reschedule the Zoom meeting that I had on Halloween for today for the reason above). I think it went well and its for a part-time gig as office assistant for up to 10 hours a week (basically 2 to 3 days in the office) ​

I'm going to need it because I have been doing this job hunt for more than an year and this was my first interview (luckily it was a zoom interview). plus the gig sounds promising and something I can make do to 2 to 3 days week for a few hours (it's up to 10 hours, which is fine with me), Though the means traveling to the city even though commute is doable unless the PATH does PATH things

I hope to see that day,

Plus I overprepared for that interview since I thought it was going to be long and formal. It was more of the interviewer learning more about me and telling me about the company (it’s a small startup company that deals with fintech). I felt relaxed and at ease during the interview

I did even though I felt I sort of stuttered but I managed to stay relaxed during the interview and I showed I was generally interested in the position. At least they were reassuring and they provided so much information about what the company is like. Also I managaed to send them an thank you e-mail after the interview was over.

Exactly and I think it worked in my favor. They have been transparent about when they will contact me again, which would be Thursday.

Yeah I got update from interviewer...

And they decided not to move forward with my application. I hate to think that I am was so close to getting potential offer, just for them to tell me this. At this point I am disappointed that this happened again and I forced to go back to the job search again (it's always the two steps forwards, one step back). I have been doing this for a year now and I am going to be stuck doing this again and again just for me to apply to more jobs, trying to follow, and either get rejected or ghosted before the interviewing process

Thanks. I keep on realizing the job market has been rough even though I regret not starting to work much earlier when the job market was somewhat managable.
