Now the real question: how quickly will ADOR spin out a comeback for them? Despite all of this and the break, NJ has still retained a significant chunk of their popularity.

My guess would be mid to late next year since while they could pump out a comeback sooner than later according to them however this next comeback is the most important for NewJeans since Hybe only gets 1 chance to make a new first impression for what NewJeans will look like under them without either most or even all of the previous team that worked on NewJeans so I think it'd be foolish to rush something out before then

Sorry, but I can’t fully agree with this. You can’t blame only the adults in that case. They were aware what they tried to do and it didn’t work the way they expected it to.
The members also tried to manipulate their fans, the court, media, general public, using their popularity and the pity card. All of that didn’t work and I guess their money also ran out, so now, their only choice is to come back to ADOR. All of them are responsible for this mess.
