Insider talk basically places HH as being isolated from 3jeans for MONTHS now and Hyein's father has been trying to broker a deal for even longer. HH have always been virtually silent on the matter, the only times they have spoken at all about this was in the scripted press-conferences. I don't find it hard to believe they felt forced by MHJ, 3 jeans and yes even the families to say these things. I truly think they just want to move on. MDH however I don't trust at all

I think Haerin and Hyein just haven't been as out there with their defense of Min Heejin but it is definitely there like in their outfits and "NewJeans is 6" comments but the most damning one was Hyeins father I think lost custody in the case because of his daughter siding with his mother. I can believe that the father has been trying for months but I am not as convinced there has been this big rift between Haerin & Hyein and Minji, Danielle and Hanni since even the mediation the only members who showed up was Minji and Danielle. I think the reality is they believed that they would win because they had faith in Min Heejin then they didn't and had they had any doubts about the outlook of this case so far those all became reality that she just might not have had their interests at heart.

Hyeins father was there to be able to use that doubt to wedge Haerin and Hyein into conceeding that Hybe had better plans for them than Min Heejin did while Minji and Danielle have shown they are open to hearing what Ador has to say but intentionally make it as difficult as possible with Hanni showing herself to be the least cooperative.

Questions Surround Identity of 'Bunnies' Fandom Behind Complaints to Culture Ministry

Some NewJeans fans carried out a “fax attack” by sending a large volume of complaint faxes to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism demanding, “Conduct an audit of ADOR.” The group behind this is the “NewJeans fandom Bunnies.” Fans say their actions resemble those of the past “Team Bunnies.” Team Bunnies is a fandom that has voiced opinions at every critical turning point in the NewJeans situation. They initially introduced themselves as an “expert team” but later revealed they were a “single minor-led system,” raising suspicions about their true identity.

Despite this explanation, some still question Team Bunnies’ true identity. After NewJeans lost a preliminary injunction against ADOR last March, Team Bunnies claimed, “We contacted the members’ parents and Sejong Law Firm. Over the past few days, we met with four major law firms including Sejong, three former judges-turned-lawyers, a 17-year-experienced current lawyer formerly a prosecutor, and a judge-turned-lawyer, and discussed matters at length.” It is hard to believe that these activities were carried out by a single minor.

Additionally, when three NewJeans members (Danielle, Minji, and Hanni) announced their intention to return, and just eight minutes later, a statement was released saying, “We will forever support and cheer for the activities of all five NewJeans members,” some entertainment industry sources commented, “Isn’t this an organized effort for a public relations campaign?”

A Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism official stated, “Similar complaints have been filed not only via faxes received at the minister’s office but also through the e-People petition portal,” adding, “As these have been officially received as complaints, we will review them internally and verify the details.”

Meanwhile, on the 30th of last month, the court ruled in the lawsuit filed by ADOR against NewJeans members to confirm the validity of their exclusive contracts, stating, “The exclusive contracts are valid.” Immediately after the ruling, the members announced their intention to appeal, but on the 12th, ADOR announced, “Members Haerin and Hyein, after careful consideration with their families, have decided to respect the court’s ruling and comply with the exclusive contracts.” On the same day, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle also expressed their intention to return through their legal representatives, but ADOR has not yet officially confirmed this, stating they are “verifying the authenticity.”

All five members did not file appeals by the deadline of midnight on the 14th, so the first-instance ruling was finalized. Consequently, the NewJeans members will remain under ADOR until 2029.

I will say since I think at this point everyone is waiting on Adors announcement that assuming Hannis trip is just the 2 week cruise then she was spotted in Argentina about a week ago which is one of the ports for the cruise so it could be another week at least before the cruise is done then she will take a few days to get back into Korea.

Min Hee-jin Denies Interference, Affirms Democratic Party Support

Former ADOR CEO releases rally videos, evidence to counter HYBE's claims in lawsuit

Allegations emerged that former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin interfered with employees’ voting rights while serving as HYBE’s Chief Brand Officer (CBO). In response, she clarified, “I have long supported the Democratic Party.”

Former Representative Min stated on her Instagram Story on the 28th, “I have always been a Democratic Party supporter and personally voted for former President Moon Jae-in.”

She added, “I never expected my criticism of the Moon Jae-in administration’s real estate policies in 2020 to be distorted this way.”

Min continued, “My acquaintances know this well, but I have consistently supported President Lee Jae-myung since his tenure as Seongnam mayor. I participated in impeachment rallies and continuously sent supplies to protesters.” She further remarked, “I cannot understand why they are attempting to frame private KakaoTalk conversations” and noted, “ADOR was not even established in 2020.”

To support her claims, Min publicly released videos filmed at impeachment rallies last winter, records of her support for protesters, and a photo taken on the presidential election day, June 3.

She added, “Yesterday in court, HYBE tried to impose an irrelevant political frame. I wanted to refute it, but the presiding judge restrained me, deeming it unrelated, so I refrained out of respect.”

The allegations against Min arose during litigation between HYBE and her over the termination of a shareholder agreement.

The previous day, the 31st Civil Division of Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Nam In-soo) held a hearing for HYBE’s lawsuit to confirm the termination of the shareholder agreement with Min and her lawsuit demanding payment for stock transactions related to a put option.

During cross-examination, HYBE’s legal representative submitted as evidence a post from last year on a workplace community forum. The author, identifying as an ADOR employee, claimed, “Though surprising, ㅎㅈ called employees before the election and told us not to vote for the Democratic Party. After the election, she scolded those who voted for the Democratic Party. I initially thought it was a joke, but after being reprimanded for hours, I was shocked whether I had even joined the right company.”

HYBE also submitted KakaoTalk conversations between Min and an employee dated December 14, 2020. According to the messages, Min wrote, “Why did you vote for the Democratic Party?” and “If there’s no party to vote for, you shouldn’t vote. Like me. lol.”
