Do you ever feel like too many services/apps/sites do a "year in review"? (1 Viewer)

Like, no, I actually don't need a year-in-review from the company I visited once to do a "make your own candle" class.

Right, or anything where the results may be surprising. Like spotify tends to be fun because of how many songs come out in a year, so it has that "oh, yeah, I forgot about that one!" element to it.

But some of it is like "yes, I did repeatedly do the one thing your service sells, thanks for telling me."

I got a "year end review" from my health insurance provider.
But it was just an ad for high premiums I could sign up for that would have reduced the price of my previous claims >.>

Like everyone else is saying, it depends on the thing. I always think it's really interesting but I would say only for entertainment services like streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), music services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube music) and educational apps/sites like Duolingo
